Roger PepperI was recommended to Stour Estates by our letting agent when we were selling one of our rented out flats. We are quite used to the property market so I was interested to meet Justyn at the flat and for him to walk round telling me what was needed to obtain a sale, what would be a ‘nice to have’ and what of my ideas would make the flat nicer but would have little impact on a sale. I followed his advice precisely and contacted him a few months later to meet up for review. Note Justyn had not chased me in the interim to sign up Stour Estates for a commission as so many Estate Agents do! We discussed at length the current market conditions, the possible asking price, and the likely selling price. Justyn stated his fee which I was happy to accept and he commenced taking photographs. Ten days after listing the property Justyn had a sale! Although there was no chain either way, solicitors seemed incapable of acting expeditiously and it was only Justyn phoning both sides continually and keeping the pressure on that seemed to get the result we all wanted. It was a pleasure to meet Justyn and his totally professional approach and we shall have no hesitation whatsoever in using Stour Estates again if we require to sell any of our other properties.Posted on Google
