We are looking to recruit new agents in all areas from The Stour’s source in Wiltshire and in all districts along the way through Dorset to its end in Christchurch. Our regions are not exclusive to just the route of the Stour and will include towns, villages and suburbs through the counties.
We are searching for ambitious agents to work under the Stour Estates Brand in a system not seem in this Country before and benefiting by the most generous commission payments ever within this industry. If you have experience within the property sales and or letting markets, want to work in a flexible agreement without any associated costs of running your own property sales business then this is a great opportunity for you.
If you want to start a side business apart from your regular employment and can dedicate time and energy to making your territory a success then we want to hear from you.
This opportunity is suited to but not exclusive to a parent wanting to get back nto work with experience in property sales. An ambitious individual who can see the opportunity as a fullfilling part of working life or someone with experience and contacts who is looking to take a step into their own sales and benefit by the rewards of that set up.
Chosen agents will be given an exclusive are in which to operate under the Stour Estates Brand, where they will recruit, market and act for clients selling and purchasing properties
Responsibilities will include finding properties for sale, marketing our services to clients to secure the deal and to prepare the listing details, floor plan and photographs to show off the properties to the best to achieve the sale.
You put the effort in and you receive the rewards.
As an agent for Stour Estates you will receive the best commission payment that is offered under our unique structure. From each completed sale we will pay you 70% of the total commission fee excluding VAT where apportioned. Yes that is correct 70%, no deductions, no franchise fees, no management fees.
For example a sale of £400,000 at a commission agreed with the seller at 1% yields a total commission of £4,000 excluding VAT. 70% of the £4,000 is £2,800. That is the payment made to the agent selling the property. Paid on completion. Sell 10 properties in a 12 month period that is earnings of £28K in your own time, working to your own hours, not in an office environment. We would expect in the first year to achieve at least 14 sales giving you a very healthy return on a time investment. There is also an opportunity to earn from the commission payments from mortgage deals and Solicitor recommendations all contact supplied from our head office.
The Stour Estates Head Office will take care of listing the properties on our Rightmove selling platform and on our website and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook so all you have to concern yourself in is the aquisition of the client, the preparation of the details and the selling journey keeping everyone in touch with the details of the transactions.
The most common question is, is there a fee to pay? We want our agents to have the best deal possible, not to feel incumbered by management fees or deductions so there is nothing to pay to get into this amazing system we have created. The only small investment is the stationery kit consisting of letter headings, Compliment Slips, Business Cards and an initial 10,000 colour leaflets for door dropping.
We will supply the for sale and sold boards and the systems to move the properties to sale as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You as an agent for Stour Estates will work as a self employed person meaning you are responsible for your own tax and national insurance payments and submissions. We pay your commission directly from our central funds on the last day of each month. You will work under the sole identity of Stour Estates in the selling and marketing of properties and lettings.
